I applied to UT my senior year and got denied. After a year of community college, I sought out help with my application the second time around. Tex Admissions ensured that I had the best application possible. In helping me with my essays one on one, editing, and adjusting my word choice, I knew that what I was trying to say came across perfectly. The amount of time he put into my personal application was substantial and I owe my success to the help of Kevin. I would recommend Kevin’s help to anyone considering it! With his help, I got into the school of my dreams and I can proudly say that I am now a Longhorn.
I tried to get into UT three times before I met Kevin. After two years, finally, I successfully transferred into Computer Science. I am very glad that Kevin and I worked together because he helped me make my dream come true. I would recommend Kevin to anyone who wants to get into UT or any other competitive university. He is extremely helpful and knows what the admission department expects from applicants. He took the time to know me and showed a lot of interest in helping me. I couldn’t be happier!
Working with Kevin has been an amazing experience. Without his help, I am confident that I would not have been accepted early into the Computer Science program with a Presidential Achievement Scholarship at the University of Texas. He delivered a very personal and professional experience that made me feel like I was a priority. I highly recommend his services because he not only helped with my admission to UT but with my academic abilities overall.
Getting into the University of Texas at Austin was an important goal for my daughter. She wasn’t automatically admitted through UT’s top 7% criteria and needed assistance in standing out in a pool of other highly competitive applicants. Kevin’s vast knowledge and experience made the process much more reassuring. He helped her compose a compelling essay and guided her through the entire application process. I will never forget the tear-filled phone call from my daughter the day she got the news she was accepted to UT. We could not thank or recommend Kevin enough. He is an invaluable asset to all students looking to expand their potential and reach for the college of their dreams.
I could not recommend working with Kevin more highly. He is not only incredibly smart and really helpful by nature, but through his experience, he has cultivated a knowledge base that is invaluable to students seeking to fulfill their full potential when applying for college. Kevin is always there to help and is an absolute pleasure to work with.
Kevin is HANDS DOWN the absolute best mentor I’ve ever had! He is not only extremely helpful in guiding students to make informed decisions, he also genuinely cares about the well being of his students as well as their lives outside of academia. Kevin is such an inspirational person and I’m lucky to call him a mentor! He definitely goes beyond what is expected and I can’t thank him enough.
Kevin is NOT in it for the money. He is ONLY in it for making a difference to the student and family. Rarely does an email go unanswered for more than 24 hours and never was his email reply a dry response. It always felt that it was from a ‘member of the family.’ The entire admission experience is very very stressful and it was amazing to have this type off support. He actually brought tears to my eyes with this helpful attitude. I appreciate his complete honesty. He is also very open about where he can and cannot help and does not make false promises. He dispels several UT admission process rumors that we hear. He is clearly a gold mine of information on UT Austin. He works so smoothly and directly with the student on his essays with a remarkably short turnaround time. I barely knew that my son was working on his essays - it was a quiet, fast and efficient process. Getting help from Kevin who has reviewed so many essays in his prior life was a great asset. He has a very holistic yet personalized approach. If I had to do what he is doing, I would have developed a dozen checklists, process outlines, forms, etc., but not Kevin. He treated our case as if that was the ONLY thing he was doing and completely tailored the approach for our specific needs. We look forward to our youngest son working together.
Kevin did a fantastic job. Had it not been for his help, I don’t know if I would be in college right now. Even though I did all the necessary research about the college application process, it was helpful to have his professional feedback and guidance. He was more than a counselor. He was my friend and mentor whenever I felt stressed and anxious. Thank you, Kevin!
Kevin is exactly the person you want guiding you in your college admissions process for The University of Texas at Austin. His experience working as an admissions counselor for UT, and his stellar academic record when a student, provides him (and you!) an unparalleled view of the admissions process. Kevin personally showed me exactly why UT Austin was such an incredible fit for me, and his continued relationship with many former students speaks volumes for his commitment to each student not just through admissions, but in life beyond as well.
Kevin is one of the most passionate people I have ever met – he has this uncanny ability to translate his passion to helping you pursue yours. Your goals quickly become his, and he brought out goals I had that I had never articulated. This speaks to his perceptiveness where he does a great job of finding the best qualities in everyone he meets to better push them and advocate for their success. I couldn’t recommend him enough.
I first met Kevin the summer prior to my Senior year of high school when he was a camp counselor at UT’s Subiendo Academy. Being a first generation student, I didn’t entirely know if college was for me, but Kevin reassured me I could go because I had taken the SAT, I had done well in my classes, and I would enjoy the college experience. At that point, I was committed to apply. I got into each of the three schools that I applied to – Rice University, Harvard College, and the University of Texas at Austin. Kevin believed in me, and for a graduating high school senior looking to find out who he is in life, it was great looking up to someone who facilitates and supports your journey ahead.
